Nest&Cut
A good metal SaaS. A bad buy if you typed “nest and cut” looking for CutContour. It stays in the ranking so you do not buy steel CAM for vinyl.
Updated 28 August 2026. NestPrintCut editorial — the team that builds RolCut. Scores follow the public method. We do not run a 200-roll lab we have not run.
Nest&Cut (Alma) is a cloud DXF→DXF nester with Classic and Production plans. Public prices sit around €50–70/month. It is an honest product — in another trade. Google mixes it with print-and-cut on “nest and cut”. That is why it has a card and 4 points for cutter output.
If you cut steelYou are not our persona. Take Nest&Cut or industrial CAM and do not spend time on CutContour. This site is rolls and cutting plotters.
Pros and cons
- Real DXF true-shape
- SaaS, 30-day trial, Classic ~€50/mo
- Clear price, no dongle
- No print.pdf, no CutContour
- No RIP + cutter workflow
- CAM / sheet metal, not wide format
- Deliberately low on a print-and-cut board
